To maintain the register showing the latest KVS promotion and moderation rule and to ensure that all the teachers,  parents and students are aware of it. To keep minutes of moderation committee meetings. To verify the eligibility of appearing in exam w.r.t attendance and to ensure finalization and declaration of result. Scrutinize UT papers. To maintain the record of project and assignment.
