Time Table and substitution Committee :
Preparation of Time-Table as per KVS guide line. To give the substitution for vacant classes. To ensure all classes are effectively engaged by available staff and no disturbance occurs during school hours. To certify the time table of coaches/computers, teacher/part time teachers if any. Ensure the attendance is taken and  fee collected in all classes even if class teacher and co-class teacher are on leave. To prepare remedial time table. To tie-up with exam I/C during the tests/exams  for invigilation duty.
