Furniture and Seating arrangement :
To plan for purchase of furniture as per requirements and availability of funds. Prepare furniture inventory room wise and class wise and distribute to see any breakage/damage of furniture anywhere in the school reported immediately and proper steps are taken to get to same repaired. Prepare condemnation report for broken furniture. To see the adequate and suitable furniture available in class  room and other dept. Procure furniture as and when require. To make seating arrangement for any meeting function. Ensure no broken/extra furniture are kept in classrooms/corridors/depts and keeps in store room only and room is under lock and key.
